With over 20 years’ experience in finance recruitment as well as a stint working onsite as a Talent Manager for a Medical Communications Agency Tracey founded Baseline in 2016.

Tracey has been recruiting Finance Professionals to board level since 1991 including fifteen years’ experience in a global FTSE 250 consultancy so has a rich network of connections; this experience has led to her diversifying into other sectors and she has also more recently completed mandates in IT and HR.

Passionate about innovation and flexibility Tracey is open, honest and believes in a genuine consultative approach; she is not afraid to critique or challenge when necessary.

Tracey develops long term strategic partnerships and is always looking to add value. Her open and friendly style is what she is known for. Tracey is accountable for our Finance, HR and IT functions and she works with both commercial clients and Housing Associations.

VIV BROWNE

Associate Director ERP & Business Systems Resourcing

Viv has in excess of 10 years Agresso/U4 business world implementation experience, she has also implemented a number of critical business systems including LANDESK, WCBS, Sage, IRIS business software, Northgate and Sun Accounts, plus a range of complex bespoke systems.

Viv has worked with public sector, education, healthcare, commercial and not for profit organisations.

Viv is an experienced Applications Manager with an excellent working knowledge of ITIL. She has been involved in large scale implementation projects with experience of systems selection and procurement, stakeholder engagement to board level and has project managed workstreams. She has also worked on systems design and build, data migration, functional and user acceptance testing, cutover planning, handover/go-live through to post project reviews and recommendations, covering the whole project lifecycle. She has managed, supported, maintained and enhanced business critical systems and has developed change control/release management strategies.

Her main area of expertise is in Payroll/HR systems. Viv was elected as the HR/Payroll representative on the UK Agresso user group council, whilst working at the Houses of Parliament. As part of this role she organised HR/Payroll user group events for the Agresso UK users.
Viv is now focusing on the sourcing and delivery of experienced ERP & Business Systems professionals – her experience offers an invaluable insight into the complexities and challenges of an implementation project.

Viv enjoys travel, music and spending time with her young daughter. Viv also supports Rainow Primary School when time permits.

Christine is a qualified Leadership Coach with over 30 years’ experience through her career leading Sales Teams, moving to developing her own Coaching and Leadership Business since 2003.

Inspiring you to play to your strengths and really understand what makes you tick, what you enjoy and how to show up to the world at your best with confidence, self-belief and positive energy is her key aim.

Christine uses practical tools and techniques to build a clear picture and understanding of where you are right now, where you want to be and builds a roadmap with clear goals and guides you through the changes you want to make to accomplish your results.

Her work blends strong technical expertise with a practical commercial focus.
